Ananta Khanal is a PhD student in Rhetoric and Composition at the University of Louisville, Kentucky, USA.  His work explores the intersections of AI, language and power, composition pedagogy, and justice-oriented rhetoric. He is particularly interested in integrating non-Western and Western epistemologies to advance academic knowledge. He is one of the recipients of the 2026 CCCC Scholars of the Dream Travel Award.
